The herb I like best are Kanna and Kratom. I've never sleep so good and felt great afterwards.I also drink Maral Root tea.

Yes, I had acupuncture after a few weeks of not really sleeping at all. I was sceptical ~and~ I'm afraid of needles, but I was desperate! after the first treatment, I slept right thru that night – fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it. i dont mind learning acupuncture but dont really want to practice.
